Pakistan is set to face West Indies in the final Test of their two-match series at the Multan Cricket Stadium on January 25.  The hosts will enter the match with a 1-0 lead, after a commanding 127-run victory in the first Test. The standout performer for Pakistan was spinner Sajid Khan, who delivered a match-winning performance with a nine-wicket haul. 

The opening Test was dominated by spinners, with both sides struggling on a challenging Multan pitch. Pakistan’s first innings saw 141-run partnership between Saud Shakeel and Mohammad Rizwan. 

In reply, West Indies faltered and was bowled out for 137 runs as Noman Ali and Sajid Khan made significant contribution. Despite a modest lead, Pakistan’s second innings wasn’t smooth either, as they were bundled out for 157. Jomel Warrican was the star for the West Indies with a career-best seven-wicket haul. 

Chasing 251 for victory, the West Indies batters faltered once again. Sajid Khan took center stage as he took another five-wicket haul in the second innings to seal Pakistan’s victory.

The first session will likely start at 10:00 AM IST and end at 12:30 PM IST. There will be a 40-minute lunch break until 1:10 PM. The second session will run from 1:10 PM to 3:10 PM, followed by a 20-minute tea break.
