Temba Bavuma, the South African captain has won an important toss at Rose Bowl and has decided to field first against England in the third ODI. The Proteas have already bagged the series and have made two changes to their line-up with Wiaan Mulder and Codi Yusuf drafted in and Lungi Ngidi, Senuran Muthuswamy missing out.
Codi Yusuf is making his ODI debut while Wiaan Mulder is back after missing the second game due to illness. For England, Jamie Overton comes in for Saqib Mahmood and it is the only change in their XI. They have decided to play all of their first-choice players despite this being a dead-rubber.

South Africa Eye Whitewash In Overcast Conditions
As soon as the toss was completed, the rain made its entry at Rose Bowl and the covers have been put into place. Thus, the overhead conditions are likely to assist South African pacers and they would like to make the most of it against an English batting line-up that has been quite vulnerable in recent times.
England fans though would be hoping that their batting line-up comes up with a strong performance in this match. Jamie Smith, Joe Root, Harry Brook all have got starts but the big scores have not come and it is something that has troubled England since the 2023 World Cup.
Temba Bavuma and co. on the other hand, would be looking to assert their dominance and whitewash England at their home turf.
