Bangladesh and Sri Lanka are all set to face each other in a two-match Test series. The opening Test will take place from November 11 to 15 at the Sylhet International Cricket Stadium, with the match starting at 9:30 AM IST. This series marks an important opportunity for both teams to gain valuable experience in the longest format of the game, even though it is not part of the ICC World Test Championship (WTC).

It is important to mention that Bangladesh has had a mixed run in Test cricket this year. The Tigers played four Tests so far (drawing a two-match series against Zimbabwe 1-1), and then suffered a 0-1 defeat to Sri Lanka.

On the other hand, Ireland played one Test match in February against Zimbabwe and registered a convincing 63-run victory.

The first Test match of the series will be played at the Sylhet International Cricket Stadium in Sylhet. The second match of the much-awaited Test series will be played at the Shere Bangla National Stadium in Dhaka. 

The first T20I of the series will be played at the Bir Sreshtho Flight Lieutenant Matiur Rahman Stadium in Chattogram, and the second match will also be played at the same stadium. The third match will be played at the Shere Bangla National Stadium in Dhaka.
