A total of two matches will take place on Friday, January 27th as the Bangladesh Premier League (BPL) is off to its Sylhet episode. Let’s take a quick preview of the two exciting contests ahead.
Sylhet Strikers are coming off a thrilling win against Fortune Barishal and are pretty much ahead of everyone in the knockout race. They are currently sitting at the top of the table, with six wins and just one defeat. They will now play the hosting role at Sylhet and will be hoping to continue their domination in front of the home fans.
On the other hand, Rangpur Riders are placed fourth in the points table with three wins and as many defeats. They are coming into this match with a big win over Chattogram Challengers. The things are not quite convincing for Nurul Hasan’s men and will be keen to strengthen their top four position with another win here.

Chattogram Challengers is having an unsteady BPL 2023. After a decent start in the tournament, the Challengers have failed to sustain a consistent run after every win.
They have won only two of their seven games in their campaign so far, including losing each of their last three outings. They are currently placed second last in the league standings and will be keen to get a win from this game.
On the other hand, Fortune Barishal have won five of their seven games in the tournament and are placed second in the points table. However, they are coming off defeat against Sylhet Strikers and will be hoping to regain their winning form as the tournament gets closer to its knockout stage.
