Asia Cup 2022, IND vs HK: Twitter reacts to Suryakumar Yadav's brutal onslaught

India put on a batting masterclass against Hong Kong after being put to bat first in their second game of the Asia Cup 2022. 

The likes of Virat Kohli and Suryakumar Yadav plundered half-centuries to propel the Men in Blue to a commanding score of 192-2 in their allotted 20 overs. 

While the nation will breathe a collective sigh of relief after a stylish knock of 59* off 44 balls from the under-fire Indian star Virat Kohli, Suryakumar Yadav stole the show with his nonchalant batting towards the end of the Indian innings. 

The 31-year-old Mumbaikar looked in ominous touch right from the start and he smacked the Hong Kong bowlers all around the park for a well made 68* off 26 deliveries, laced with six boundaries and six maximums.

Meanwhile, KL Rahul and Rohit Sharma were dismissed for scores of 36 and 21 respectively. India will fancy their chances of defending the mammoth total with ease and will look to book their place in the Super 4.
