Somehow, someway, Sri Lanka have won this match. Well, that was a snooze-fest as Sri Lanka took ages to reach this total. A pat on the back for the Dutch team, who fought valiantly, but ran out of gas while defending the total. Kudos to Sadeera Samarwickrama, who remained unbeaten on 91 and steered the chase with 10 balls to spare.

The game is still Sri Lanka's to lose. Despite losing three wickets, they are well poised to achieve the target. Netherlands need a couple of quick wickets to open up the match.

And as I wrote that, Engelbrecht got dispatched against the run of play. Madushanka comes back into the attack and strikes and breaks this partnership. The batter tried being cheeky here but missed to put bat on the ball as he tried sweeping after moving away from the woods. #JinxedThat

The Netherlands in a spot of bother now!

This was not what Scott Edwards expected when he elected to bat first. Sri Lankan spinners have spun their web around the Dutch batters and they are reeling at 121-6.

Magical, unplayable from Theekshana!

Scott Edwards was looking good, but he was beaten by a peach of a delivery from the SL Wizard. Off-break, that turns back into the righty and beats the bat-pad gap to knock the stunps. Edwards looked clueless there. A magical delivery that deserved a wicket.

Magic from no where, second one for Rajitha

After getting spanked for two fours earlier in the over, the talented Lankan pacer Rajitha makes a comeback. Scalps the prized wicket of Max O'Dowd. SL back on the box seat. Late feet movement does the Dutch opener on that occasion. O'Dowd sees the stumps being rattled and is very disappointed. Rajitha gets the reward for some relentless bowling as he picks up his second wicket. The Dutch lose both their openers as O'Dowd departs on 16 on the last ball of the first powerplay.

Excellent shot from O'Dowd and he breaks the shackles against Karunaratne. First maximum of the match, suddenly the momentum is shift Netherlands' way. And as I was writing that, Ackermann has smacked two back-to-back fours off Rajitha. NED - 46-1 in 9.2 overs.
