On the other hand, Pakistan Women faltered in their opening fixture, succumbing to a 7-wicket loss to Bangladesh Women. Despite several batters-including Muneeba Ali, Omaima Sohail, Aliya Riaz, and Sidra Amin, getting starts, none were able to anchor the innings. As a result, Pakistan were dismissed for a modest 129, a target that Bangladesh chased down with ease.
