The Antigua & Barbuda Falcons finish at 142/7, the lowest total in this year's CPL. The innings never really got going. Just when they get a partnership, St Lucia Kings broke the momentum with a wicket. Noor Ahmad picked up 3/18 and the spinners really choked the life out of the Falcons' innings.

Earlier in the match, St Lucia Kings won the toss and opted to bowl first. Fakhar Zaman and Justin Greaves got the Antigua & Barbuda Falcons off to a quick start but their 35-run opening stand was broken by Roston Chase in the 5th over.

Chase sent Zaman packing for 21. Kofi James struggled for his 5 off 9 balls. Greaves was looking dangerous but he holed out in the deep to Khary Pierre off David Wiese's bowling.

Jewel Andrew failed to get the big shots away and played a scratchy knock of 15 off 21. Sam Billings came out and played a couple of extravagant shots but only managed to score 14 off 12.

Fabian Allen departed on a golden duck. Imad Wasim and captain Chris Green gave the innings a late flourish to take the team's total over the 140-run mark.

Noor Ahmad was the pick of the bowlers, finishing with figures of 3/18 from his four over. Khary Pierre picked up 1/26 from his four overs and Roston Chase also got a wicket, giving away only 11 runs from his two overs.

David Wiese and Alzarri Joseph also chipped in with a wicket each.

With only a couple of over left, the Falcons have managed to go past the 120 mark. They will try and get to the 150-mark to have a competitive total on the board. However, the Kings will be happy with something below that mark.

They have kept the scoring rate of the Falcons below 7 runs per over and have also picked up a couple of wickets. While the Falcons have struggled with their start to their campaign, the St. Lucia Kings have started their campaign in the best way possible. They looked done and dusted at one stage in their first outing against the St. Kitts and Nevis Patriots. However, Tim Seifert and Bhanuka Rajapaksa scripted a dramatic comeback for the team and in the end they managed to win the game rather convincgly picking up three points. They will be looking to maintain their form and momentum and pick up three more vital points from this game.

The Antigua and Barbuda Falcons are the newest franchise in this league. Though they have a good mixture of players in their squad, their maiden CPL campaign has not got off to a great start. They have played three matches and have lost three of them and are currently struggling at the bottom of the points table. The Falcons will be desperate to get their campaign on track with a win in this game.
