Bizarre incidents have always been a part of cricket. Cricket is normally termed as a gentlemen's game, but a lot of times the players lose their temper.

One such incident occurred in the Australian domestic competition (Tasmanian Southern Cricket Association) first grade grand final played between Claremont and New Norfolk.

There has been a lot of debate surrounding the 'Mankading' mode of dismissal. Mankading is within the laws of the game, but it has divided opinion amongst the cricketing fraternity.

Claremont batter, Jarrod Kaye, was batting at the non strikers end for a well-compiled 43, when the opposition bowler decided to play a trick of his own. During his run-up, the bowler saw that Kaye was slightly out of his crease and he dislodged the bails in a flash.

Kaye was visibly furious as he had a lengthy conversation with the on-field umpire, who gave the decision in the bowling teams' favour. A frustrated Kaye, threw his bat in the air and kicked his gloves hard.

Even his teammates were unhappy with the decision and stormed onto the pitch to protest it.

Mankading or run-out at the non strikers end is not new in cricketing world. It can be said that India's R Ashwin made it popular when he knocked over the stumps when Jos Buttler was standing at the non strikers end in an IPL game.
