The fifth day of the Lanka T10 Super League 2024 is upon us. On the first four days of the tournament, we have seen a few games being abandoned due to rain. However, the excitement around the tournament has not at all gone down. Fans are all set up for another exciting day of T10 matches.

In the 13th match of the tournament, the Hambantota Bangla Tigers (HBT) will take on the Kandy Bolts (KB). This match will be played at the Pallekele International Cricket Stadium in Pallekele Sri Lanka on December 15 at 4:00 PM IST.

The Tigers are four games down in the tournament. However, two of their matches have been abandoned due to rain. Out of the other two matches, they have won one and lost the other game. Currently, the Tigers are at the second position in the points table. 

On the other hand, the luck has been worse for the Kandy Bolts. Three of their four games have been abandoned due to rain. They have lost the only completed game that they have been a part of . Currently the Bolts are at the fourth position in the six team points table and will be desperately hunting a win to get their campaign back on track.

The wicket at the Pallekele Stadium has been a balanced one so far. While the batters have enjoyed the surface, the bowlers who have been disciplined and have used their variations carefully have been successful here. Notably, out of the five completed matches, four have been won by the team batting second.
