Rishabh Pant seems to have taken some time off his long-standing rehab from a car accident endured in December last year and is spending happy time in Dubai on vacation. 

The India and Delhi Capitals (DC) wicketkeeper-batter, who was at the IPL 2024 mini-auction raising his team's paddle on December 19, united with his Chennai Super Kings (CSK) counterpart and cricketing idol MS Dhoni and his family, who are also on holiday in the Middle East. 

Pant was clicked with Dhoni and his wife Sakshi along with their family members on vacation in Dubai. The click was shared on Instagram by Sakshi and has gone viral since as fans continue to follow the two esteemed stars of Indian cricket closely and wish to see them in action at the IPL 2024 next summer. 

Pant Joins Dhoni Family On Vacation 

Dhoni, who has always been fond of Pant, seems to have called him up to join his family on vacation before his able successor for Team India happily obliged. Pant has regularly expressed his regard and respect for the legendary former India captain and his wife Sakshi and even seen interacting playfully with their little daughter Ziva. 


Pant would be determined to make a playing comeback via the IPL 2024 as wicketkeeper-batter and skipper for the Delhi franchise. 

There have been rumours circulating that the cricketer could be replacing Dhoni at the helm of affairs for the Super Kings after the legend bids farewell to IPL cricket. 

However, it is understood he isn't keen to look too far ahead. Pant is focused on his rehabilitation programme and being approved to play for the Capitals in March-May, which would also bring him back in contention for India's T20I side ahead of the 2024 T20 World Cup in June.
