It has been two days since India beat New Zealand by four wickets to lift their third Champions Trophy title. It was a brilliant tournament for the Men in Blue as they won every match. Further, the boys were elated after the win and rightly so. 

Virat Kohli, Rohit Sharma were all dancing and enjoying their time on the field after the win. In the latest events, a video has gone viral on the internet where KL Rahul's brain fade moment resulted in the entire team bursting out laughing. 

Virat Kohli Laughs At KL Rahul For His Error

What happened was that KL Rahul stayed till the end to secure the win for India. Ravindra Jadeja hogged the internet by scoring the winning runs, but Rahul scored unbeaten 34 (33) that sealed the win for Men in Blue. 

However, Rahul forgot to remove his pads and went to the podium to collect his winning medal with pads on. When Virat Kohli and other teammates noticed Rahul on the podium, they couldn't stop their laughter. Rahul too realised his error, and the first thing he did after coming off the podium was to remove the pads. Watch the incident here. 

KL Rahul Receives Hero Welcome After Returning Home

After the title win, KL Rahul is back in Mumbai and received a heroic welcome as fans gathered at the airport to receive the wicketkeeper-batter. Fans gathered at the airport to catch a glimpse of the star, and some of the fans requested him for photos. The star batter didn’t offend fans by waving at them and clicking photos with them. His warm gesture won hearts, and the video of the moment has now gone viral.
