India vs Pakistan is always an exciting clash, not only for the players, but also for the two sets of fans, who anticipate an high-octane clash. 

The last encounter between the two teams at the 2022 T20 World Cup produced breath-taking moments, and the cricket fans expect a similar clash on September 2, when India and Pakistan collide in Match 3 of the Asia Cup 2023.

However, the excitement could be cut down, since there is rain prediction on September 2 in Pallekele, where the match is set to take place.

The unusual scheduling of the Asia Cup in Sri Lanka during this period (monsoon period) means that there is a high chance that rain god can potentially play a spoilsport on Saturday.

Talking about the Asia Cup, Pakistan started the tournament with the thrashing of Nepal on Wednesday. Babar Azam's 19th ODI century, and Iftikhar Ahmed's maiden ODI century helped the home side defeat the tournament debutants by 238 runs.
