Warwickshire Central Sparks offer pro-contracts to three more players

Central Sparks, a team in England women's domestic game has offered three more professional contracts, including 16 year-old Devina Perrin. The right-handed batter has recently been selected for England U19 Women's T20 World Cup squad. Sparks has more pending contracts incoming meaning that Sparks could have a full-blown team in the next season.

Katie George, Devina Perrin and Chloe Brewer are to join the team for the 2023 season. They will shake hands with the already inducted Emily Arlott, Ami Campbell, Abbey Freeborn and England-W star Eve Jones

 “It’s amazing to see extra professional contracts being awarded; the women’s game is going from strength to strength and it’s a real privilege to be a part of. I’m immensely gratetful to receive a contract. I can’t wait to get back into training and am already looking forward to next season.”


England's Katie George, a left-arm quick, adds to an already brilliant Sparks bowling line up. Katie was named Fielder of the Competition in the first edition of The Hundred and is an amazing finisher. 

Right-hand batter Brewer (20), joins from South East Stars. She was the second highest run-scorer of the Tachael Hayhoe Flint Trophy. 

Fellow Sparks pacer Issy Wong too has been offered a central contract from England.
