Shaheen Afridi ruled out of Asia Cup (PC: Twitter)
After Waqar Younis, former New Zealand great Scott Styris admitted that India will have an edge in the Asia Cup encounter against Pakistan. The fans will get to see the two rivals lock horns in a mouth-watering contest on August 28 at the Dubai International Stadium.
A few days back, Pakistan were dealt with a massive blow as their pace mainstay Shaheen Afridi was ruled out of the tournament. Afridi has endured a knee injury and has been recommended a break of four to six weeks. The same means that the pacer will be missing Asia Cup 2022 while his chances of playing against England are also in jeopardy.
