After a change in management of the Pakistan Cricket Board, there have been a host of changes with Ramiz Raja getting sacked as Chairman with Najam Sethi replacing him. Mohammed Wasim, the chief selector getting sacked and in his place, Shahid Afridi was appointed as the interim selector.

Further, there were reports of Mickey Arthur being brought back as the head coach while the current head Saqlain Mushtaq might lose his job.

Now, after all this, another big change is set to be implemented as former Pakistan's women's team's head coach Mark Coles will return in the same role confirmed PCB chairman Sethi.

After the end of the first session's play on day two of the second Test between Pakistan and New Zealand, Chairman laid forward his ideology mentioning that they are contemplating hiring foreign coaches in every department.

During the period 2017 to 2019, Coles was at the helm of things but was released after the change in management.

"We need to bring foreign coaches so that the favouritism culture finishes. We are bringing back Mark Coles as women's team coach,"

Sethi, also agreed to the idea of Women's PSL which was previously discussed by his predecessor.

"It's important, and we will keenly think about it. We are modern and can organize a franchise league for women cricketers."
