India Captain Rohit Sharma Enjoys Vacation Ahead of West Indies Series

Team India had a month long break and the players have certainly enjoyed their time to the fullest. While Virat Kohli is in London alongside his wife, Anushka Sharma, skipper Rohit Sharma is chilling in the Caribbeans ahead of the West Indies tour set to commence on July 12.

Rohit was last seen in action during the World Test Championship (WTC) final, which India lost at the hands of Australia at the Oval. Post the final, the Indian team had a 30-day cooling period which the team members have utilised to perfection.

Now ahead of the Windies tour, which comprises of 2 Tests, 3 ODIs and 5 T20I matches, Rohit has shared a photo of himself in the Caribbean Island, having a gala time.

Previously, he went on a holiday to Maldives, alongside wife Ritika just after the conclusion of the WTC final last month.

It has been a tough period for the Indian cricket, having lost their second successive WTC final. India's 2023-25 WTC cycle kicks-off with the two match Test series against West Indies, and Rohit Sharma will be eager to get back to the winning ways.

India have already announced their Test and ODI squad for the series, with Cheteshwar Pujara ignored by the selectors for the Test matches.
