If you can't refresh your mind, you won't be giving your hundred per cent: Rishabh Pant

On Monday, Rishabh Pant said that he is relieved to be out of bio-bubbles after spending the better part of the last two years in restricted environments due to the COVID-19 pandemic. As a result, BCCI has opted not to use bio-bubbles in the 5-match T20I series against South Africa, which begins on June 9 in New Delhi.

This decision was made in response to a significant decrease in cases across the country. The five T20Is will be played in five different venues, with crowds in most of the stadiums for the first time since the pandemic began in 2020.

Cricket is returning to normal in terms of bio-bubble limitations. As a result, the England and Wales Cricket Board is abandoning bio-bubble conditions for the current three-match series and New Zealand.

"Getting out of the bio-bubble is really very satisfying. And hopefully, there are no more bio-bubble things, so I'm enjoying the time out now we have gone through so much,"

"When you keep on playing throughout the year, especially with the kind of pressure, it is essential to relax your mind. If you can't refresh your mind, you won't be giving your hundred per cent. We need to keep working on our mind and keep refreshing," the wicket-keeper batsman told the SG podcast.

The wicket-keeper batter will have an essential role in KL Rahul-led national side as India will look to get a clean win over their opponents before moving to their next set of challenges in Europe.
