One of the most eye-grabbing series in world sport, arch-nemesis India and Pakistan have been offered to play a three-match Test series by the England and Wales Cricket Board (ECB) in England.

One of the most high-profile rivalry might be reignited, according to ECB deputy chairman Martin Darlow who is said to be in talks with the PCB during their current tour to the Green nation after 17 years. Further, Darlow suggested that it would be more compatible if two giants of cricket play at a neutral venue, adding it might be politically feasible.

To add some facts, India haven't faced Pakistan in the longest format since 2007, when the latter paid a visit for the three-match series where the hosts triumphed by 1-0. Moreover, the bilateral ties between the two sides have been on hold since 2012, and from thereon, both the nations only renew their dual during the ICC and ACC events.
