ENG-W ahead of CWG 2022
The teams so far
England women are riding into this fixture on cloud nine. The three lionesses white washed, both, the ODI and the T20I series against South Africa Women. They came into the series with a young and uncapped side and successfully launched phenomenal players. Debutants Issy Wong and Lauren Bell especially made their mark.
Whereas the Proteas women have lost one of their prestigious T20 batter Lizelle Lee to retirement and celebrated all-rounder Marizanne Kapp announced her withdrawal from the series.
