APL 2022 Final | CSR vs BZW | Match Preview & CREX XI

As Andhra Premier League (APL) 2022 is down to its final clash, it will present the battle between Coastal Riders (CSR) and Bezawada Tigers (BZW), scheduled at Dr Y.S. Rajasekhara Reddy ACA-VDCA Cricket Stadium, Visakhapatnam on July 17.

Journey of the teams so far 


Both CSR and BZW have luck running in their favour. 


While Coastal Riders headed to the tournament's final following an abandoned fixture versus Bezawada Tigers, the latter attained the same benefit in their knockout clash against Rayalaseema Kings yesterday. 


Talking about CSR, their batting woes are a sign of concern. However, their last league fixture saw CR Gnaneshwar and Co. scoring 181/4 in the first innings, eventually winning the match by seven runs.


On the other hand, BZW's batters have stood out in the tournament more often than not. The likes of Pyla Avinash and K Maheep Kumar have remained in terrific form throughout the season for the Ricky Bhui-led outfit, scoring 165 and 140 runs, respectively.
