West Indies Championship re-starts on Wednesday, May 18, marking the return of red-ball cricket in the region with round three of the five-round competition. The tournament came to a halt after the first two rounds in February to facilitate England's tour of the West Indies.
The six professional franchises will be continuing to play for the Headley Weekes Trophy named in honour of West Indies legends George Headley and Sir Everton Weekes. All the remaining matches will be played in Trinidad after the first two rounds being played in Barbados and Trinidad.

This Wednesday (May 18), current table toppers and defending champions Barbados Pride will face Guyana Harpy Eagles at Queen's Park Oval in Port of Spain, with home team T&T Red Force facing the Leewards at Diego Martin Sporting Complex. Finally, Jamaica Scorpions will take on the Windward Islands at Brian Lara Cricket Academy in Tarouba. All the matches will start at 7:30 PM IST and will be streaming live on Fancode.
