India are currently playing against England in the second T20I of the five-match series at the MA Chidambaram Stadium in Chennai. Notably, India won the toss and put England to bat in the game. 

England posted 165/9 in their 20 overs, and it looked like India would win this game easily and take a 2-0 lead in the series. However, England made a strong comeback in the game as they picked up the two Indian openers pretty early. The onus fell on young batter Tilak Varma to get the team out of the pressure and guide them to a win. 

Even when India was under pressure, Tilak Varma's attitude was noteworthy. The situation did not faze him; he tried to take the attack to the bowlers and hit his way out of the crunch situation.

India have announced their squad for the Champions Trophy 2025. But here are a few reasons: they can make a change and draft the young southpaw into the squad.
