After submitting their final retention list on October 31, the ten IPL franchises utilised their remaining purse amount to assemble solid squads ahead of the tournament's next season. 

Talking about Gujarat Titans, the 2022 IPL champions bought some really impactful players in the mega auction. After strengthening their bowling department by adding Kagiso Rabada and Mohammed Siraj, the franchise added Jos Buttler's firepower to their side. They also went after Glenn Phillips and Washington Sundar, signifying their interest to keep several all-round options.

Gujarat Titans' captain Shubman Gill will open the batting with England's legendary batter Jos Buttler. So, Buttler is a massive upgrade over Saha and has made the Titans' top-order much more lethal than before.

Reliable left-handed batter B Sai Sudharsan will continue to bat at number three, as he has been incredible at that position. He will be followed by explosive New Zealand batter Glenn Phillips, who brings immense all-round value to the table. The right-handed batter is a brilliant pace-hitter and can be GT's go-to man against raw pace.

Rashid Khan and Washington Sundar will likely be slotted at number seven and eight, respectively, and they can chip in with quick-fire runs apart from spinning the ball in the middle overs. Meanwhile, South African speedster Kagiso Rabada and Mohammed Siraj will spearhead the fast bowling unit, with Prasidh Krishna playing as the third seamer.
