The match 39 of IPL 2024 will see Chennai Super Kings take on Lucknow Super Giants at M.A Chidambaram Stadium in Chennai. It is a reverse-fixture and in the last game, KL Rahul-led LSG clinically demolished Chennai Super Kings at Ekana. Both teams have won four out of their seven games, and CSK would be eyeing a revenge in front of their passionate Yellove Army.

However, LSG are a quality unit with almost all bases covered, and they would be high on confidence too, so it would be interesting to see how they go about their business in this game. It would be difficult for them to change the winning combination but given the surface at Chennai, they might bring in Naveen-ul-Haq in place of Matt Henry.
