BBL 12: Who will be the key factor in Thunder vs Strikers?

Sydney Thunder will be taking on Adelaide Strikers in the fifth match of the BBL 2022-23, which will take place at the Sydney Showground Stadium.

Both Thunder and Strikers are coming into the match from a win in their last outings. The Thunder won a thriller in the season opener against Melbourne Stars by just one wicket.  On the other hand, the Strikers won their first match very convincingly against the Sydney Sixers. While batting first in the match, Strikers scored 184 runs and then restricted the opposition to 133 runs, winning the match by 51 runs.

Alex Hales: There was a lot of hope for the English opener in the first match to score big in the opener, but he failed to do so. Hales will be looking to make a strong bounce back in this match and his record against the Strikers suggest that he might well succeed in regaining his form in this match.
