Kolkata Knight Riders (KKR) are all set to begin their campaign for the upcoming IPL 2025 season with a fresh approach under the leadership of Ajinkya Rahane. The announcement comes as a significant shift, as the dynamic batter takes over the captaincy reins from Shreyas Iyer.

KKR will kick off their campaign on March 22, facing RCB at their home ground, Eden Gardens in Kolkata. The three times champions will play a total of 14 matches in the season, with 7 games at home and 7 away.
