It was an inning to remember for the big-hitting batter David Miller who played an outstanding unbeaten 31-run knock in just 16 balls taking his side Gujarat Titans home against Delhi Capitals by six wickets.

Miller's role was more of a supportive figure to Sai Sudarshan who earned plaudits for his magnificent 62 not out. Moreover, the Proteas batter struck two fours and as many sixes which proved enough to decimate the opposition.

However, after the game, the Southpaw revealed that there's a tendency to feel jet-lagged after a long flight as he arrived close to the game but he quashed everything related to it stating that this time he was absolutely fit.

"At times, you get jet lagged but not this time, and happy to get across the line. We were within the range. Just a matter of three sixes or 4 fours. So we were backing ourselves to chase it down. We started well last year and build momentum at the start of this season,"

Moreover, he revealed that the atmosphere and environment in the dressing room is quite relaxed which helps him to succeed.

"We are making good clear decisions and it has helped us ace chases. A pretty relaxed environment to be honest with you. They love to get on the golf course but the calmness in the dressing room helps us succeed."

Miller's next outing for Gujarat Titans will be against Kolkata Knight Riders on Sunday afternoon.
