After what transpired in the last day or so, the Babar Azam controversy has certainly grappled the attention of users all over the world. Several media houses have been involved in heavy criticising of the Pakistani skipper without any confirmation or proof including one of the most reputed networks in the world 'Fox'.

The report in the media news outlet claims that the accusations made on the star batter might seem suspicious with no official statement coming from Babar himself. The verification of the news wasn't really carried out with one of the fake accounts spreading the miss information.

Previously, nothing came from PCB as well but after looking at Fox's story, the Twitter account of the apex cricket body in Pakistan have slammed the network calling them for not ignoring such allegations.

"As our media partner, you might have considered ignoring such unsubstantiated personal allegations which Babar Azam has not deemed worthy of a response."

The news left fans in the Green Nation fuming too as they couldn't see their national hero being falsely defamed like that.

Later, the Tweet from Fox was deleted with their article updated and now mentions the word 'Fake News'.
