Former India leg-spinner Anil Kumble has slammed captains of franchises, who are participating in the ongoing Indian Premier League (IPL) 2023. With the new 'Impact Player' ruling, captains have had to name their playing XI after the toss, where on several occasions, they have forgotten to name their players.

Last evening, during the toss, Gujarat Titans' skipper Hardik Pandya, failed to recall his XI, following which Kumble opined his opinion on Jio Cinema. The former India coach asserted that it is not a tough job to remember one or two changes.

On the contrary, Rajasthan Royals' captain Sanju Samson, who took time, did remember Adam Zampa's inclusion in the XI in place of Jason Holder.

Here's what Kumble said

"They should carry a team sheet and let everyone know what the team and changes are. It's not a tough job to let people know whether there are two changes or 1 change. Sanju did mention Zampa coming on for Holder. In GT, we don't know which team is playing. We will have to wait and see,"

Speaking about the match, GT went to overwhelm RR by nine-wickets and gain a considerable lead on top of the points table.
