It has been a tough for Pakistan's skipper Babar Azam, who could not lead his team to a single win in the past year in the Test series against Australia, England and New Zealand, respectively. The questions about him are just getting bigger with time as many have been unhappy with his captaincy decisions.

After drawing the recent Test series against New Zealand, both sides will be involved in a three-match ODI series. However, a day before the start of the series, Azam was asked a question about his future as Test skipper.

During the press conference, Babar was asked whether he should resign from the Test captaincy as previously done by some of the great batters like Sachin Tendulkar, Brian Lara and Saeed Anwar to focus on their primary skills. Getting frustrated with the question, he replied that they should be asking him questions regarding the upcoming ODI series as the Tests are done and dusted.

"I think it is the white-ball series coming up now, Tests are over. If you have a question regarding the white-ball, you may ask."

Pakistan and New Zealand will be playing the three-match ODI series beginning on the 9th of January at the National Stadium, Karachi.
