The Desert Vipers are taking in the Gulf Giants in the fifth match of the ILT20 2025. The match is being played at the Dubai International Cricket Stadium in Dubai, UAE.

The Desert Vipers won the toss for this game and opted to field first. The Vipers' bowlers bowled a hostile opening spell to put the Giants under pressure very early in the innings. Mohammad Amir looked particularly dangerous as he made the batters dance to his tunes.

After the hostile spell from the pacers, Wanindu Hasaranga joined the party.

The Sri Lankan star bowled an effective and impactful spell of four overs, where he conceded just 21 runs and picked up a wicket. The wicket that he picked was of the English star batter, Ollie Robinson.

Immediately after the dismissal, Hasaranga was seen celebrating in a unique style. The Sri Lankan star is known for his different celebration styles, and it was not surprising to see him pull out new moves after he picked up the wicket.
