Sunil Narine has been in stellar form with the bat in IPL 2024 and his crazy hitting at the top of the order, has given KKR some blistering starts. However, the onslaught he unleashed in the 31st game of IPL 2024 against RR helped him etched his name in history books, as he blasted first century of his T20 career.
Sunil Narine got to his century in just 49 balls and was just unstoppable throughout his knock, hitting Rajasthan bowlers all over the park. However, his knock was finally cut short in the 18th over when Boult in his comeback over cleaned up with an absolute beauty of a delivery.

It was a yorker angling on middle and leg, and Narine who tried to hoick it across the line, missed it completely as the ball knocked over the leg pole. The wicket was a much-needed relief for RR, as the southpaw had already hit 13 fours and 6 sixes in his knock.
The damage was done though, and KKR ended up posting well above 200 to put themselves in a great position against the table-toppers Rajasthan Royals.
