Whatever you ask, Rashid Khan will deliver. Batting, bowling, fielding, or even entertaining the crowd with funny antics – the Afghanistan phenomenon has everything in himself, making him one of the most sought-after players in the world, particularly in T20s.

Even though Rashid had a terrible start against Sunrisers Hyderabad, having been schooled by one of his nightmares, Abhishek Sharma, he did not give up. He came back strongly afterward, cleaning up Heinrich Klaasen with a beauty before an acrobatic running catch ended one of SRH’s most reliable batters, Aiden Markram’s stay.

Rashid took the catch during the 15th over of SRH’s innings, when Markram tried to play a lofted drive against Umesh Yadav’s normal length delivery. Batting on 17 off 19 balls, Markram failed to connect the ball properly, as the ball did not go as far as the South African would have liked.

Placed at long-on, Rashid wasted little time chasing it before pouching it in a reverse cup style despite having an awkward height.

After winning the toss and opting to bat, SRH, at the time of writing this, are 139/5 after 17.3 overs, with Shahbaz Ahmed and Abdul Samad in the middle, on 14* and 16* respectively. Skipper Pat Cummins is yet to come to bat.
