In a top-of-the-table clash, Dindigul Dragons will lock horns with the Lyca Kovai Kings in the 16th match of the Tamil Nadu Premier League (TNPL) 2023 on Sunday, June 25, at SCF Cricket Ground, Salem. 

Dindigul Dragons have been in exceptional form this season, led by the experienced campaigner Ravichandran Ashwin. Having won all three matches, they have played thus far, they stand as the sole unbeaten team in the tournament.

Sitting comfortably atop the points table, their recent nail-biting one-run win against the Chepauk Super Gillies must have further boosted their confidence as they look to sustain their winning momentum in the tournament. 

Lyca Kovai Kings, on the other hand, have also shown their mettle in the tournament. With three wins out of four matches played, they currently hold the second position on the points table.

Closing the gap to just one point behind the Dindigul Dragons, they have recently swatted aside the likes of Chepauk Super Gillies and Ba11sy Trichy, and must be looking to capitalize on their winning momentum by turning it to a hat-trick of wins.
