PAK vs NED: Netherlands batter Bas de Leede retires hurt after getting hit by Haris Rauf

In the ongoing Super 12 game between Pakistan and Netherlands, batter Bas de Leede was sent to the hospital after he was hit with a nasty bouncer from Haris Rauf.
The incident occurred in the 6th over of the Netherlands innings. Rauf bowled a vicious bouncer and de Leede was unable to execute his attempted pull shot. The ball struck his helmet and the batter suffered a cut on his face under his right eye.
The physio came out to check on him and even the Pakistan players were visibly disturbed with the incident.
As per the latest information, de Leede has suffered a concussion and will not take any further part in the match.
Talking about the game, Netherlands opted to bat first after winning the toss and the decision instantly back-fired as they lost wickets at regular intervals.
At the time of writing, Netherlands are tottering at 79 for the loss of 6 wickets.
