On Monday, May 26, Mumbai Indians locked horns against Punjab Kings at the Sawai Mansingh in the crucial league stage match as the winner will go on top of the table and ensure their qualification for qualifier one. Further, Punjab Kings won the toss and opted to field first.

Meanwhile, during the toss, Hardik Pandya admitted that he was confused what to opt and remarked that it was a great toss to lose. Further, in the latest events, visuals of just before the toss has circulated on social media where Pandya engaged in a chat with Suryakumar Yadav and asked him to pick a finger out of the two and took his help in decided what to opt for the toss.

"To be very honest, it's a good toss to lose. I was not quite sure what we would've liked to do. So, we didn't mind either batting or bowling. So, now we know that we have to bat first so we will look to put some runs on the board and then defend it," remarked Hardik during the toss.

Hardik Pandya Playing His 150th IPL Match

It is worth noting that it is also a special game for Hardik Pandya as the MI skipper is standing in his 150th IPL match and it is also his 300th T20 appearance. It has been a great season for the all-rounder as MI skipper as the five-time winners are placed 4th on the table with 18 points in 13 matches.
