After being smacked for five sixes in the final over by Rinku Singh, Gujarat Titans' (GT) left-arm pacer Yash Dayal was brought in as impact player as a replacement to centurion Shubman Gill before the start of second innings.

Not just this, he was handed the ball to deliver the second over and he didn't disappoint as the pacer scalped the wicket of SunRisers Hyderabad's (SRH) opening batter Abhishek Sharma on his fourth ball.

Bowling it wide off the batter, Dayal delivered a fullish outswinger to which Sharma attempted a drive and couldn't find the middle as it took the edge and travelled to wicket-keeper Wriddhiman Saha.

Dayal celebrated in full joy by jumping up and punching the air in excitement as he made full use of the opportunity on his comeback.

This brought the second wicket of the innings for Gujarat as Anmolpreet Singh fell in the first over bowled by Mohd Shami.

Earlier, Titans posted 188 on the board after century from opener Shubman Gill gave much trouble to the opposition.

By the time of writing, SRH were 35 for four down with too much to do in the remaining 15 overs.
