While this comes as surprise to some, many fans and critics smelled this from a mile coming. After an illustrious career that saw Eoin Morgan lead the English national side for almost eight years, Morgan has finally decided to draw the curtain on his international career.

There had been a lot of speculations regarding his decisions, with sources reporting the player could announce his departure from international cricket tonight. Lo and behold, the ECB took to their official Twitter handle to inform the fans of the player’s decision.
