'No Relation With Ravindra & His Wife': Jadeja's Father Reveals Disturbing Family Dynamics

Indian all-rounder Ravindra Jadeja’s father, Anirudhsinh Jadeja has openly expressed his estrangement from his son and daughter-in-law, Rivaba. The patriarch blamed this familial divide squarely on his son's wife, alleging that she has created a significant rift within the family since her marriage to the cricketer.

According to Anirudhsinh, the discord began a mere few months after Ravindra Jadeja’s marriage, leading to an almost complete cessation of communication between him and his son. 

Despite residing in the same city of Jamnagar, Anirudhsinh claims he has been deprived of any interaction with Ravindra, suggesting a mysterious influence Rivaba holds over him. The elder Jadeja lamented the loss of connection, expressing deep regret over his son's marriage and cricketing career, which he believes are at the heart of the family's troubles.

"I have absolutely no relation with Ravindra and his wife, Rivaba. We don't call them, and they don't call us. The issues started after two or three months of their marriage. I currently live alone in Jamnagar, while Ravindra resides in a separate bungalow of his own. He lives in the same city, but I don't get to see him. I don't know what magic his wife has done on him,” said Anirudhsinh while speaking to Dainik Bhaskar.

Further accusations from Anirudhsinh paint Ravindra Jadeja Wife, Rivaba as a divisive figure, intent on severing familial ties and asserting control over the family's assets. He recounted an alarming demand from Rivaba to have everything transferred to her name shortly after the marriage.

"He is my son, and it burns my heart. I wish I hadn't gotten him married. It would have been better if he hadn't become a cricketer. We would not have to go through all this in that case. Within three months of the marriage, she told me that everything should be transferred to her name. She created a rift in our family. She didn't want the family and desired an independent life. I could be wrong, and Naynaba (Ravindra's sister) could be wrong, but you tell me, how can all 50 members of our family be wrong? There's no relation with anyone in the family; there's just hate,” added Jadeja’s father.

The estrangement has also reportedly deprived Anirudhsinh and other family members of any relationship with their granddaughter, whom they claim to have not seen in five years. Anirudhsinh accuses Rivaba's parents of exacerbating the situation by taking an active role in managing the couple's affairs.

"I don't want to hide anything. We haven't even seen the face of our granddaughter in five years. Ravindra's in-laws manage everything. They interfere in everything. They are making merry now because they have got a bank,” concluded Anirudhsinh.

It is worth mentioning that Jadeja married Rivaba in 2016 following their engagement earlier that year.
