IPL Retentions | Kolkata Knight Riders give Venkatesh Iyer dream retention; part ways with Morgan

Kolkata Knight Riders have chosen to build around their all rounders retaining two foreigners and two rising stars in world cricket. KKR boss Venky Mysore stated in the Andre Russell, Varun Chakravarthy, Venkatesh Iyer and Sunil Narine are going to get retained by the KKR.

Andre Russell - 16 cr

Varun Chakravarthy - 12 cr

Venkatesh Iyer - 8 cr

Sunil Narine - 6 cr

The franchise would be parting ways with their captain Eoin Morgan who took them in the finals last season. This essentially means that KKR will be in the business of finding a captain as well as a majority of their batting order.
