Lucknow Super Giants will look to extend their winning streak in Indian Premier League (IPL) 2022 when they face Rajasthan Royals in the 20th match of the tournament on Sunday at the Wankhede Stadium.  

Lucknow Super Giants, the new entrants in the IPL, lost their opening game against the Gujarat Titans. They didn't get the start they desired, but post that, they won three games on the trot. The newbies are heading into the game on the back of a 6-wickets victory over the Delhi Capitals.

A brilliant knock from Quinton de Kock and a quick finish by Ayush Badoni saw the Giants conquer Delhi in their last match. Jason Holder's inclusion in the team has provided excellent stability. The West Indian looked highly effective in the death overs for LSG in the previous two games. The Lucknow based franchise is currently placed at the third spot on the points table with three wins from four games. 

On the other hand, Rajasthan Royals are placed at the fourth spot on the points table with two wins in three games. Royal Challengers Bangalore got the better of them in their previous match as RR lost the game by four wickets, owing to their poor death bowling.

Jos Buttler has been their best batter as he has smashed a century and half-century in the first three games for the Royals. However, Sanju Samson, Yashasvi Jaiswal and Devdutt Padikkal need to be more consistent with the bat. 

Yuzvendra Chahal has been their best bowler, while Trent Boult, R Ashwin and Prasidh Krishan have bowled decently. However, death bowling is still an area of concern for men in Pink. With two crucial points up for grabs, a thrilling game is on the cards in Mumbai.
