To the delight of cricket fans across the globe, the much-awaited Caribbean Premier League 2024 commences on August 30, with Antigua and Barbuda Falcons taking on St Kitts and Nevis Patriots in the opening match. This is the twelfth season of the competition, whose inception dates back to 2013. 

Barring the Falcons and the Patriots, Guyana Amazon Warriors, Barbados Royals, Trinbago Knight Riders and St Lucia Kings will be the other teams participating in the tournament. 

Caribbean Premier League 2024 fixtures, date and time

The CPL 2024 consists of 30 group-stage matches followed by four playoff-stage games, including two qualifiers, an eliminator and a final. 

The matches will be played across seven different venues- North Sound, Basseterre, Gros Islet, Bridgetown, Port Of Spain, Guyana and Tarouba.
