Bangladesh Women add four uncapped players to their squad

Bangladesh women have announced a 17 member-squad for the team's tour to New Zealand for a 3 T20I and 3 ODI tour. The management has announced the inclusion of four uncapped players in the squad. 


Who are the three uncapped players?

Rubeya Khatun, Disha Biswas, Dilara Akhter and Marufa Akter have been included in the squad. 

Rubeya is a legspin-allrounder, Biswas is a seam-bowling allrounder, Dilara is a wicket-keeping batter and Marufa is a pace bowler. 

Out of the four, Rabeya, Biswas and Dilara were part of the Bangladesh U19 squad that beat Malaysia at home. Biswas performed brilliantly in the squad, taking 8 wickets while Rabeya picked up 6 wickets. Dilara was phenomenal with the bat, scoring 157 runs in four innings including two fifties. 


The T20Is will be played on 2nd, 4th and 7th December  and the ODIs will be played on 11th, 14th and 17th December . The ODI series is Bangladesh's first series in the current cycle of the ICC Women's Championship.
