It is Super Saturday in IPL 2023 and we have a double-header coming up today. Firstly, it will be Sunrisers Hyderabad (SRH) going up against Lucknow Super Giants (LSG) and that game will start at 3.30 PM IST. SRH need a win in this game to keep their practical hopes of qualifying for the playoffs alive while LSG would like to get back to winning ways and stop their downward slide.  A loss will also make things pretty tricky for them. So, with lot at stake, let's hope for a cracking encounter.

What is the Venue of the SRH vs LSG Game?

The venue of this reverse fixture between SRH and LSG is Rajiv Gandhi International Stadium, Hyderabad. Both these sides met earlier this season at Lucknow and LSG came out on top in that game with a comprehensive all-round performance.

What are the expected changes in the playing XI of SRH vs LSG?

SRH are coming into this game on the back of a thrilling win over RR and would be pretty confident. The addition of Glenn Phillips in the last game was a big boost for them and we cannot expect to make a lot of changes after that win. However, Mayank Agarwal did not play last game and if that was because of an injury, he might be back for Anmolpreet Singh.

Also, depending on the conditions at the time of match, Vivrant Sharma can be replaced by a pacer - Kartik Tyagi or Umran Malik. However, as it is a day game, SRH might go with Vivrant Sharma again.

Expected Playing XI of SRH

Abhishek Sharma, Rahul Tripathi, Aiden Markram (c), Heinrich Klaasen (wk), Glenn Phillips, Abdul Samad, Marco Jansen, Vivrant Sharma, Mayank Markande, Bhuvneshwar Kumar, T Natarajan

Impact Players

Harry Brook, Mayank Agarwal, Kartik Tyagi, Umran Malik, Akeal Hosein

What are the expected changes in the playing XI of LSG vs SRH

Quinton de Kock finally got into LSG's playing XI in the last game. The dashing wicketkeeper batter also scored a fifty in his comeback game and there won't be many changes in their playing XI despite a big loss in the last game.

Amit Mishra or Krishnappa Gowtham may make their way back into the playing XI though in place of Swapnil Singh.

Expected Playing XI of LSG

Quinton de Kock (wk), Kyle Mayers, Ayush Badoni, Krunal Pandya (c), Marcus Stoinis, Nicholas Pooran, Amit Mishra, Yash Thakur, Ravi Bishnoi, Mohsin Khan, Avesh Khan

Impact Players

Naveen-ul-Haq, Prerak Mankad, Deepak Hooda, Swapnil Singh, Krishnappa Gowtham

Winner Prediction

This will be a close contest with both teams itching for a win but one can expect SRH to come out on top if they play to their potential in home conditions.
