India will be playing against England in the fifth and final T20I of the five-match series at the iconic Wankhede Stadium in Mumbai. The home team have already won three of the first four T20Is and has taken an unassailable lead in the series. There is a chance that India might look to make a few changes to give more game time to some of their reserve players.
1. Ramandeep Singh For Shivam Dube

Why Will India Make This Change?
Shivam Dube was struck on the helmet towards the end of his impactful knock in the fourth T20I. The physio did an immediate concussion test, and although he completed his stay with the bat, Dube did not take the field in the second innings.
There is no official update on Dube's injury status. Considering that Dube was not on the field in the previous game, there is a chance that India might look to rest him and include Ramandeep Singh in the side for the final match of the series.
2. Harshit Rana For Arshdeep Singh

Why Will India Make This Change?
Arshdeep Singh has been brilliant with the ball in this T20I series. In the three matches that he has played, Arshdeep has picked up four wickets while maintaining an economy of 7.89. But India should look to rest him as he is also a part of the upcoming ODI series and the Champions Trophy 2025 squad. Recently, Arshdeep has proven to be an integral member of the limited-overs bowling attack. So, the think tank should look into managing his workload.
Harshit Rana became a part of the playing combination in the last match as Shivam Dube's concussion substitute. He bowled his full quota of overs and picked up three wickets while conceding 33 runs. So, Rana looked potent and played his part brilliantly. The form is with him, and he will also require game time before the ODI series. So, inducing him into the playing XI in Arshdeep's place could be a good option.
3. Mohammed Shami For Ravi Bishnoi

Why Will India Make This Change?
Ravi Bishnoi has gradually picked up form in the T20I series vs England. In the last match, Bishnoi finished with figures of 3/28 in his four overs. It would seem unfair to drop him after such a brilliant show with the ball.
However, Mohammed Shami needs to get match fit before the start of the ODIs. Considering that Shami could be a key part of India's Champions Trophy 2025 campaign and he would need as much game time as possible, this is a change the Indian think tank might look to make.
