Prithvi Shaw burst onto the scene in 2018 as an audacious talent capable of ruling the world cricket with his strokeplay. However, he has lost his way since then and is out of Indian team's reckoning and is finding it difficult to retain his place in Delhi Capitals' XI as well. 

He was dropped in the last game against MI, but has got his chance against KKR at Eden Gardens where he started with flurry of boundaries, but ended up losing his wicket on a pretty poor delivery.  

Shaw hit three boundaries in the very first over, but in the second over against Vaibhav Arora, he ended up getting a faint tickle on the ball that was sliding down the leg side and unfortunately had to walk back disappointed. It also brought out a cry of frustration from his alleged girlfriend sitting in the stands.

Shaw was the first one to go and soon the dangerous Jake-Fraser-McGurk also departed on 12. Shai Hope came out and hit a lovely six but a beauty from Vaibhav Arora cleaned up him up as well and DC were reduced to 37-3. 

Delhi Capitals are coming into this game on the back of an impressive win against MI, but with top order failing to deliver in this game, they have a lot of heavy lifting to do if they want to beat KKR at Eden now.
