Legendary Indian cricketer Sachin Tendulkar recently greeted one of his many admirers upon spotting the latter during one of his travels. Taking to his social media accounts, the 50-year-old shared a short video of his interaction with the fan on February 1.

In the video, Sachin Tendulkar can be seen getting involved in an extended conversation with his fan, and even posed for a picture together before gifting him an autograph.

On February 1, Sachin Tendulkar shared a minute-and-a-half long video on his social media accounts, where he can be seen interacting with one of his fans.

The former cricketer encountered the fan after spotting him wearing a Mumbai Indians jersey with the phrase “Tendulkar, I Miss You” inscribed in it. The fan, who was riding his bike at the time, was stopped by the cricketer’s car driver on the pretext of asking for directions.

As it turned out, Sachin Tendulkar surprised the bike-borne fan and had an extensive interaction with him instead. The Indian legend shared the video on his social media accounts alongside a caption that reads:

“It fills my heart with joy when I see so much love showered on me. It is the love from the people that keeps coming from unexpected corners which makes life so special.”

Even though Sachin Tendulkar made his exit from international and IPL cricket in 2013, he continues to enthrall his fans every now and then through brief cricketing ventures. He frequently takes part in Road Safety World Series, and recently went up against Yuvraj Singh for a One World-One Family T20 2024 match in Bengaluru.
