Shah Rukh Khan, Bollywood mega star and co-owner of the Kolkata Knight Riders (KKR), along with his son Abram, recently made a special appearance at the team's net session ahead of their clash against the DC in the IPL 2024.

KKR, led by Shreyas Iyer and mentored by Gautam Gambhir have performed exceptionally well to position themselves in the second place on the fiercely competitive points table of the IPL 2024 season.

However, KKR dropped a couple of games despite scoring over 220 runs in the first innings which raised significant doubt on the bowlers’ calibre. Needless to say, KKR will be carrying a chip on their shoulders as they step out in Eden Gardens today to face DC.

Meanwhile, to uplift team’s spirits and confidence ahead of the crucial clash, KKR co-owner and Bollywood legend, Shah Rukh Khan attended the team's mandatory net practice session along with youngest son Abram.  SRK exhibited his batting skills as he faced Rinku Singh for a few deliveries.  

Not only that, Abram also joined the party as he bowled to Rinku with traditional fast bowler run up.

The fun session was caught on camera and has been widely loved by cricket as well cinema lovers across the country. Notably, SRK has been a regular supporter this year at Eden Gardens as despite scorching heat, he has turned up to offer unconditional support to his beloved team in multiple games.

As KKR prepares to lock horns with DC later today in Kolkata, all eyes will be on the team as well as Shah Rukh Khan who is expected to remain in attendance for the big clash.
