The official trailer of "The Test Season 3" an Australian sports documentary series, was released today on Prime Video, Cricket Australia and Whooshka media. The series will be released globally on May 24, 2024 (Friday).
The season will showcase the raw, untold, emotional and heart-touching moments of the Australian team and players. The series will also reflect on the iconic sporting moments of the highly celebrated 2023 English Ashes season.
'The Test Season 3' - Trailer Out Today
'The Test' trailer mainly focuses on the Australian team's time in the UK during the ICC Men's World Test Championship 2023 against India, and then followed by the Ashes series.
The documentary is produced by Amazon MGM Studios with support from Cricket Australia and Whooshka Media. Mish Armstrong, Adrian Brown, and Richard Ostroff are the executive producers of the series along with Sheldon Wynne and Adrian Brown as co-directors.
The series mainly focuses on Australia's triumphs as well as a rare insight into the challenges and pressure faced by the team as they take on two world-class opponents before sometimes hostile crowds.
In certain parts of the series, Australian star players captain Pat Cummins, Usman Khawaja, Nathan Lyon and Alex Carey spoke about the importance and support of family at crucial moments.
They expressed themselves and explained the challenges they generally face along with playing cricket and managing their personal life and roles.
